To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
- Custom-made products (e.g., custom cast nets)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
2. Return Process
