1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Custom-made products (e.g., custom cast nets)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day return period:

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions and the return address
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund, including shipping fees (if applicable)

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
